Legacy Village is a comfortable neighborhood campus and a not-for-profit community for adults 62 and over near downtown Bentonville, Arkansas. Northwest Arkansas Senior Services, Inc., a corporation operated by local volunteers, is developing this 48-acre site.

Northwest Arkansas Senior Services, Inc. (NWASSI), is a local not-for-profit 501(C)3 corporation that was developed and is operated for the purpose of social welfare, civic improvement, pleasure and recreation. It is not operated for profit, as no part of its income is payable to or available for the personal benefit of any administrator or member. As a 501(C)3 corporation, donations received may be eligible for tax deductions.
