Crystal View’s cooperative apartments will be an exciting addition to the Legacy Village campus. This three-story structure will include sixty apartments, plus a ground level commons area for multiple activities. Plans include a library, crafts room, wellness center and bistro café for food service.

Your monthly fee covers your part of the building operating costs, mortgage, utilities, taxes and insurance. If you decide to move, you may choose to sell your share, and you will receive your capital back.
